Entrepreneurs told to get trained for business

Ondjiva – The Angolan minister of Economy, Abraão Gourgel, Saturday in Ondjiva, southern Cunene province, spoke of the need for entrepreneurs to get trained in order to have their businesses developed, thus contributing more to the sustainable development of the country’s economy.

The minister was delivering the topic “Entrepreneurs and mechanism of access to micro¬-credit”, during a lecture under the celebrations of the 42nd anniversary of Cunene province on July 10.

According to  Abraão Gourgel, money alone is not enough as entrepreneurs are required to get trained to better run their businesses.

The minister explained that businesses have a living span to care and protect, hence the need for training so that those in charge have the skill to use moneys through feasibility studies aiming at the goals set.

Abraão Gourgel recalled that the Angolan Government is creating the Entrepreneur’s Counter (BUE) in all districts of the country to reduce bureaucracy.

The lecture was attended by Cunene governor, António Didalelwa, members of the local Government, business people and church officials.
